Hello. My name is Derek Livingstone and together with my brother Neil, we run Douglas Dickson Property Management in the Glasgow and central belt area of Scotland.

We have been managing and investing in properties in the Glasgow area for over 30 years. This blog includes our thoughts on the Glasgow property market - we are regularly asked questions by landlords and investors about the local market so we thought we would put some of those thoughts on paper.
